After having 2 kids, it’s been very challenging trying to take care of myself as well. So, one of my resolutions is to have more ME time.
1. Eat less.
2. Drink lots MORE water.
3. Exercise. Exercise. Exercise. (even if it’s just in front of the tv)
4. Take time to do my hair and makeup.
5. Make an effort to have a girls’ night out.
6. Stop buying clothes for the kids. They don’t need anymore.
7. Do not stress out about work.
8. Blog more.
9. Craft more.
10. Get in shape so i can feel better about myself.
